All services depend on availability, operational conditions, and regulatory compliance.
Customers must provide accurate shipment details, documentation, and contact information. Goods must be legally permissible, properly packed, and clearly labeled. Any hazardous or restricted items must be declared in advance. Customers are responsible for paying service charges, duties, taxes, and additional fees on time.
Shipments are handled professionally, but delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, transportation delays, or factors beyond our control. Vaishnavi Logistics is not responsible for delays caused by third parties or uncontrollable situations. Prohibited or undeclared items may lead to cancellation or legal action.
Service charges must be paid as agreed. Additional costs may apply for storage, demurrage, penalties, or last-minute changes. Liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited as per industry standards and does not cover improper packing, natural disasters, or force majeure events. Insurance is available on request and is not included by default.
